  • Cheer Deadline: April 10th, 2026

Cheer ($285): Covers Sideline games, October Competition squad, shell, skirt, bodysuit, shoes, bow, jacket, and poms (returned post-season).

Tackle Football ($285): Covers helmet & shoulder pads (returned post-season), game jersey, pants, and socks.

Flag Football ($185): Covers flag belt, game jersey, and socks.

Player placement is calculated by their age as of July 1st, 2026:

  • Flag: Ages 5–6
  • Freshman: Ages 7–8
  • Junior Varsity: Ages 9–10
  • Varsity: Ages 11–12

All cheer and tackle players must attend a mandatory Sizing Event to be properly fitted for protective gear and custom uniforms.

Flag Football families select their player's shirt size directly during online checkout and skip sizing events.

All cheer and tackle athletes must submit a valid sports physical exam stamped on or after April 1st of the current year per MHSAA/HFL rules.

Physicals are not required for Flag Football.

Sibling Discount: Families enrolling 3+ athletes across football or cheer qualify for a 20% discount per participant. Contact us prior to registering for your promo code.

Hardship Assistance: Select the Financial Hardship option during checkout to have a board member discreetly discuss payment arrangements with you.

Refunds must be requested prior to uniform and helmet orders being finalized. Once custom gear is placed with suppliers, registration becomes non-refundable.

🏈 Football & Game Schedules

Coaches aim to involve every player. Game time is earned through practice attendance, attitude, and safety readiness. Unexcused practice absences will directly impact game participation.

To ensure safety, players exceeding specific weights wear helmet stripes designating interior line positions:

  • Freshman: 80+ lbs (Single Stripe) | 95+ lbs (Double)
  • JV: 100+ lbs (Single Stripe) | 125+ lbs (Double)
  • Varsity: 130+ lbs (Single Stripe) | 155+ lbs (Double)

Practices begin the first week of August.

Games begin the weekend after Labor Day.

Game schedules follow this standard Saturday timeline across the league:

  • Flag: 8:30 AM
  • Freshman: 10:00 AM
  • JV: 12:00 PM
  • Varsity: 2:00 PM

Standard registration provides a certified Riddell Speed Icon helmet. Parents can elect to upgrade to a premium Riddell SpeedFlex helmet for a $100 seasonal fee during registration.

πŸ“£ Cheer Program Details

Sideline: Performs cheers, chants, and spirit building during Saturday football games.

Competitive: Prepares high-energy choreographed routines featuring stunting, tumbling, and jumps to compete at the October regional championship.

Because stunting requires precise teamwork and safety, attendance is mandatory. Missing practices may require coaches to modify routine stunt positions for team safety.

Families need to supply plain black leggings for cold weather games, practice attire, and a reusable water bottle. Uniforms, shoes, bows, jackets, and poms are fully provided.

MHSAA limits mat size to 16 athletes per floor round. Registration is structured to build balanced squads per age division while maximizing participation.

🀝 Volunteering & Hold Checks

A $250 uncashed hold check is required per athlete (max 2 per family). Checks are destroyed at season's end once volunteer shifts are completed and equipment is returned undamaged.

Each family completes one 3-hour shift per child (max 2 shifts) during the season. Positions include concession stand, chain gang, press box, or field cleanup.

Select your coaching preference during online registration. Game-day volunteer shifts are published via team communications prior to home games.

You may send a proxy (age 16+) to complete your shift under your player's name. Unfulfilled shifts will result in the deposit check being cashed at the end of the season.
